Reblog this if you are an RPer over 20~

dreamweaving101:

I am actually really curious to see the ‘older’ people who have still kept their imagination!

… If by “RPer” you mean, “Someone who goes to her friend’s place, rolls up characters, and smites kobolds/demons/re-sleeved hackers (depending on the setting),” then yes >_>’

Every year, millions of people play original roleplaying game, Dungeons and Dragons. Paladins are one of the key classes. It’s rare that you’ll ever find a group without a paladin. Most groups, however, don’t have a chef. I finally have an answer for all of the hungry adventurers. With the cooking prowess of Paula Dean and the combat expertise of a paladin, I present you with the newest and best class to date, the PALADEAN.
Never again will your group go hungry. Never again will your group be in danger. Facing a hungry ogre? PALADEAN has a pie for it.

omfg OMFG

oh my god i am playing this one day

Class: Paladeen
Signature Ability: Smite Hunger with Good Ol’ Comfort Food
Class Skills: Diplomacy, Profession: Cook

We took a “slight break,” but we’re back! This is the sixth Art Challenge that @JakeBacon (Todd) and I participated in. Our mutual friend asked us for a Cavalier on a flying mount.Turns out that we both went with smaller creatures - I drew a Halfling riding the spirit of a St Bernard bound to a mechanical flying machine, while Todd went with a fey riding a dragonfly.

Welcome to Art Challenge 005, with my friend Todd! Our friend Drew gave us a pretty specific challenge for this go-around… Five Vulg (a vulture-like humanoid race in our GM’s campaign world) on a ship, and one of them had to be a Summoner from Pathfinder.
I struggled with this for a bit because a) I’m not really good at any type of anthro art (I don’t have anything against it, but it’s just not my thing to draw); b) it’s a ship in our GM’s campaign world, which means it should be Steampunk; and c) I had to include a Summoner… which meant I had to include the Eidolon as well.
Once I laid out the general ship shape, though, the rest came pretty easily. I’m still surprised at that, honestly, but I’m definitely not looking a gift horse in the mouth!
The ship is powered by steam and spirits - the bow is supposed to be a slight representation of the spirit bound within the ship’s frame (the “mouth” inhales the wind currents and dark energy and helps convert it to steam energy, and the “eyes” shine with the Daylight spell). I also tried to incorporate the Summoner and Eidolon’s arcane glyph (not very complex, I know) as the ship’s emblem.
Finally, the Eidolon is pretty big, so he normally just hangs off the aft and helps steer/propel it when the crew needs to make a quick getaway.
EDITED BECAUSE ERASER NIBLETS :(

This is a rough (very rough) sketch of my newest Pathfinder character, Quiss Arco! She is a vulture-like humanoid, sailing with her pirate crew as the ship’s cook. She aims to be the best chef in the open skies!
… she’s also pretty decent with a gun, though. All of her levels are in the Gunslinger class, after all… *coughcough*
I’m basing her appearance off of the Egyptian vulture. They look really neat!

My favorite parts of last night’s Pathfinder session:

Sawjaw (the goblin boatswain) biting a painter’s leg off; cooking a meal fit for deities because the prisoner didn’t believe I was a cook; offering to help someone stop their vomiting by putting a shotgun shell in their mouth.

Rough sketch for Celene Evans, a half elf fighter/rogue. She lost her eye to a shield bash by a hobgoblin a few years back.
Definitely need to rework her proportions.

This is my way-late Monk challenge pic for my friend B. I better post it on Blogger after this so he knows I actually scanned the damned thing!
(I’ve been done with it since August 1st. Whoops?)
