Good news: I’m off the beta blockers. Well, I will be, once I wean myself off of them. Turns out that in addition to sleepiness, it can “enhance” depression. Hooray? Bad news: Now I’ll be on two medications - one for the blood pressure, and one for migraines and insomnia (yeah, I laughed about that too - how dumb is it that I need medication to help me sleep when the beta...
